Techno Gentlemen Dean Grenier and Pilo (Cameron Ward) have joined heads and hands in a studio in Germany to create some techno music pieces as raw and unyielding as the cryptic artwork that accompanies them. In atypical fashion, heady melodic ideas are allowed to commingle with the deep and dark soul of the techno beat, bringing tracks such as ‘Porta 400’ to new and great heights of audio pleasure. This is the first Turbo/Twin Turbo release of 2019 so of course I’ve been waiting for it with absolute bated breath, and it is good. 🍍
